- Print two wallet cards: Keep one in your wallet and give one to your partner or a trusted friend.
- Fridge card placement: Paramedics are trained to check the fridge door. Use a magnet to secure it.
- Update regularly: Review your card whenever your medications or contacts change.
- Tell someone: Let your emergency contacts know they are listed and where your card is kept.
- Laminate it: A laminated wallet card lasts much longer than paper.
- Phone photo: Take a photo of your completed card and keep it on your phone as a backup.
